By accessing or purchasing from Tiny Creature Creations, you agree to the following terms:

1. Handmade Products

All items are handmade to order and may vary slightly from product images. Colours, materials, and layout may differ due to availability or screen differences.

2. Processing Time

Standard processing time is up to 2 weeks before dispatch. Rush orders are only accepted when the "Rush My Order" option is selected at checkout.

3. Shipping

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once items have been lodged with the carrier.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds or returns are accepted unless there is an error on our part (e.g. spelling/age mistake) or the item arrives damaged. Proof must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Use of Website

You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of this website or its content without permission. All designs and content are the property of Tiny Creature Creations.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept any revised terms.
